Women’s Awareness and Beliefs of Breast Cancer at Al-Baha, Saudi Arabia

Background: Women’s awareness and beliefs about breast cancer in Saudi Arabia were not fully investigated. The aim of this descriptive study was to assess women’s toward Al-Baha, Arabia. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study; it conducted among women attending the Women Child Care Center at Alawi Royal Mall Alaqiq for mammogram screening cancer. A convenient sampling technique used; included who attended center period from September 2021 December 2021, agreed participate. data collected using questionnaire consisting questions on analyzed SPSS software. Results: current showed that level high general information (42.9%), meaning malignancy (54.3%), ways detecting also shown they had fair myths related (45.7%), signs symptoms (51.4%). have health services (48.6%), ability be prevalent some families self-detection (34.3%), role early detection (34.3%).
